As continuation of the my long-term project of re-imagining folk songs from Syria (both historic ‘Greater Syria’ and current), this string orchestra arrangement will use as a basis the Syrian Folk Songs for string quartet. The premiere of Syrian Folk Songs for string orchestra will take place in the fall of 2024. Details coming soon.
